Hi, I’m Eliza —
Women’s Strength & Energy Coach.
I help women build strength, find balance and own their energy through evidence-based training and lifestyle coaching. My method is rooted in awareness: understanding your body, training smarter and creating results that last without losing your spark.
Sport has always been part of my story. I grew up on the basketball court, training and competing at a high level. It taught me discipline, resilience and what it means to perform under pressure. Those lessons shaped my early years as a personal trainer and later carried me into a leadership role as a General Manager of a commercial gym. Yet behind the drive and intensity, I learned how easy it is to lose connection with yourself in the pursuit of more.
As someone with ADHD, I spent years pushing harder, chasing performance and ignoring the red flags in my body. The result was burnout, disconnection and feeling out of sync with who I really was. Everything shifted when I slowed down and deepened my understanding of how women’s bodies truly work. My time in India, immersed in Yoga and Ayurveda, showed me that strength is not just physical.

Meditation, intentional rest and nervous system rituals became as vital to me as lifting heavy, guiding me back to balance and alignment.
Today, my coaching is the integration of both worlds: evidence-based training and lifestyle structure combined with cycle awareness, nervous system support and rhythm-based routines. It is designed for women navigating burnout, hormonal shifts, ADHD or simply ready to reconnect with their bodies. My method is not about doing more. It is about moving with intention, building strength that supports your life and creating a lifestyle that feels powerful, feminine and in sync.

The Lūna Method™
Lūna means The Moon (Latin origin).
Across cultures and mythology, the moon has always been a symbol of the feminine, representing cycles, intuition, reflection, and renewal. Just as the moon moves through its phases, women move through their own rhythms of energy, emotion, and strength.
The moon reminds us that power is not linear, but cyclical. The Luna Method honours this truth. It’s a call to live, train, and thrive in alignment with your natural rhythms, embracing flow, change, and renewal as the pathway to sustainable strength, energy, and vitality.

Rest is the foundation of adaptation. With tools like sleep hygiene, thermal therapy, and intentional wind-down routines, recovery optimises both physical repair and mental clarity.
